Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, we have a generous parking space directly in front of the house.

Can I charge my electric car?

Our hotel guests can use two electric charging stations "easee-charge" (for a fee) in the garage to charge their electric car.

Does it have a garage in the hotel?

Yes, we have a large garage in the house. You, as our hotel guest, may park your car in the garage for free.

How long is the reception staffed?

Mon-Fri 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sat/Sun 7 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.
However, arrival is possible all night. If you arrive later, please contact us.

Is there a possibility to have breakfast before 7 o'clock?

The breakfast buffet is usually ready for you at 6.30 a.m. during the week - but if you want to leave even earlier
, we can prepare an "early bird" breakfast package for you to take away on advance notice.

Can I have a snack in the house in the evening?

Our restaurant Vivid is open from Monday to Friday. It is advantageous to reserve a place as soon as possible.

Does it have internet in the house?

The internet access details are visible in every room. WLAN is free of charge for our hotel guests in the entire hotel area.

Are pets allowed?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small fee

Can I smoke in the hotel?

We are a pure non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted on the room balcony and in front of the house/ in the garden.

Will my credit card be charged automatically when I make a booking?

No, we only use your credit card details as a guarantee. Payment is usually made before departure.

Does the hotel have rooms suitable for disabled people?

We have a handicapped accessible comfort room (approx. 32m2 large)

What is the difference between an economy room and a standard single room?

The standard single room is a standard double room for single use. At
Economy room is a single room with a 1 m wide single bed.

As a hotel guest, do I automatically have a table at the Vivid restaurant for dinner?

No, as we only have limited space in our beautiful restaurant, we cannot keep a table free for hotel guests. If you would like to visit us at Vivid, we recommend that you make a reservation at the restaurant in advance, ideally when booking your hotel room.

Do you also have a breakfast offer for vegans and/or allergy sufferers?

Our breakfast buffet is prepared daily with love and care. Please inform us of your wishes before your arrival and we will put together something delicious for you.
